Windham is the successor developer of Magnolia Landing Golf and Country Club, located in Southwest Florida. Standing alone as the top Golf Club Community in North Fort Myers, Magnolia Landing is a similar in quality to elite properties found in the Naples, Florida area. This beautifully landscaped Gated Community includes a Gordon Lewis designed 18-hole championship golf course considered to be one of the best ever designed by this renowned golf course architect. Having already been site of a 2007's PGA qualifying match, the course has become know as the elite course in the Fort Meyers area.
